Despite receiving the best possible education, not all children succeed in life at an equal level once they leave the cocoon of college. Likewise, you probably know people who are academically brilliant and yet are socially inept and unsuccessful at work or in their personal relationships. On the other hand, some people are quite successful in their career in spite of average performance in academics.
For example- -M.S. Dhoni, also known as “Captain cool” whose cool and calm temperament has won India a number of matches while Sachin Tendulkar who holds the record for highest number of dismissals in the 90s across all forms of international cricket. Sachin’s technique may be better but emotionally intelligence of Mr Dhoni is definitely higher.
