 The 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is caused by severe acute respiratory illness. coronavirus2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a novel viral respiratory illness that was initially detected in Wuhan (Hubei province), China, toward the end of 20191, and then spread internationally to trigger the pandemic. Although infection might range from asymptomatic to moderate upper respiratory infection, it can also develop to severe pneumonia with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), necessitating urgent care and mechanical ventilation. 2 Infection with SARS-CoV-2 triggers both innate and adaptive immune responses, including a local immunological response that recruits macrophages and monocytes to react to the infection,
